The Porto Vita condos consists of four seperate buildings. The South tower with 32 stories and 162 residences was built in 2000. The North tower with 32 stories and 162 residences also was built in 2004. The Bella Vista North and Bella Vista South are both seven story towers built in 1996. Each is home to just 22 luxury condominiums with from two to five bedrooms.
